I cooperated with the mortgage company but they are foreclosing right under with any options to sell first. They had a Realtor leave me notice to vacate the property and to contact withing 48 hours. Country Wide is the company that did my refinancing but they sent the loan to Litton Loan company who does not hire employees knowledgeable with the terms and they are working on our home loans. What do we do when no one is helping? Not to mention that I have been in this house for 16 years.
