Dr. Robert Schwartz of Miami University makes a grim prediction that stress often leads to serious physical problems. He added that individuals develop somatic trouble causing pain in the stomach or spasms in the neck region. Arthritic problems too are caused by stress – it being the result of constant stress.

He advises doing lunchtime yoga to decompress the pressure. If there are impediments for this then one has to find out other ways of soothing the nerves. It is imperative. Talking and communicating about problems are of vital importance. This is called venting, explained Schwartz.
